Texas College Prep is an AI college-readiness program built on a FERPA-forward foundation. Transcripts, GPA, and application data are handled as education records, and sign-in is brokered by The Unique Scholars Institute — we store no passwords.
Education Records, Protected
GPA, transcripts, test scores, and application data are treated as education records under USI’s FERPA posture. Access is limited to the student, their linked parent/guardian, and authorized instructors.
No Local Password Storage
Texas College Prep never stores your USI password. Sign-in is brokered by The Unique Scholars Institute, and we hold only a short-lived session for your visit.
One Identity Across USI
You register once at USI and are recognized across every program. Identity and enrollment are governed centrally by the Hub, not by this site.
Minimal Data Collection
We do not independently collect minors’ personal information beyond what the Hub already governs. The data you see here mirrors your USI record.
Regulatory posture
Because Texas College Prep serves students in grades 9–12, we align with the same compliance framework as the USI Hub.

Texas College Prep provides personalized roadmaps, milestones, and Texas-focused resources for college, university, nursing, and trade-school pathways. We present guidance and resources — we do not guarantee admission, scholarship, or financial-aid amounts.
